Avalon
A 427-acre waterfront
community of four neighborhoods and more than 70
acres of lakes. Located in South
Sugar Land, just West of Commonwealth and South of
Sweetwater, this neighborhood has custom and semi-custom homes ranging
from 2,200 to 6,500 square feet priced from the
$200s to $1 million.

Commonwealth
Commonwealth is a lovely neighborhood on the
Southside of Sugar Land...just East of Avalon. It is
a beautiful area with tree-lined boulevards, parks,
lakes, and ponds. There is a community club house,
two swimming pools, and public tennis courts.

First Colony
Extensive
greenbelts, lakes and landscaped boulevards pave the

Greatwood
is a very large, beautiful community, just South of Sugar
Land, Texas, on Hwy. 59. This community is located on the
Greatwood golf course and has three public swimming pools, a

Lake Pointe Town Center
